Tips and Tricks: Optimum Opening Stage


One of the most important things to keep in mind when you're using garden roses is that it takes a few days in water for the flowers to reach their optimum opening stage for the full effect of their special shapes. Using a garden rose when it is still tight gives you very little bang for your buck. On the other hand, when that same garden rose has been in water for four or five days, the bloom is large, beautiful and will make a real impact!
