Five Stunning Floral Design Palettes for Summer Weddings

Summer 2025 approaches like a tidal wave of opportunities for the perfect wedding! This year, stand out and make an unforgettable event with luxurious, fragrant, and colorful garden roses.

We asked our friend and collaborator, Galina Serebriakova from Blum Florals, to create five stunning color palettes for inspiration this new summer wedding season, and she delivered unique, romantic, and beautiful designs to fit every kind of bridal taste!

Classic and Bright Romance

Nothing quite says “bridal” like a classic white bouquet. This stunningly delicate piece showcases the perfectly white Alabaster in all its beauty, alongside David Austin’s Eugenie (Ausimage) and Bessie (Ausperidot), sprinkled with White Cloud as the main garden roses. They’re paired with Karma Maarten Zwaan dahlias, pale yellow Scabiosa, Leptospernum and White Tweedia, all diversified products currently in testing at Alexandra Farms. 

This bouquet fits a classic and signature wedding aesthetic, with clean finishes that inspire luxury, elegance, and refinement. Future brides opting for this choice may be looking for something that is both traditionally romantic and nostalgic, yet also evokes a modern and bright feel.

Fresh, Feminine and Sweet 

This second bouquet alludes to a fairytale union – simultaneously sweet and innocent, as well as secure and steady. This perfectly romantic combination features the everlasting Juliet (Ausjameson) paired with other sweet pink peaches, such as Wedding Rosever Spr, Princess Holly’s Hope, and Edith (Auspluto). With delicate touches of light pink ranunculus and small fillers throughout, this rounded bouquet is sure to inspire any blushing bride!

Modern Shapes and Colors

This oversized bouquet incorporates trendy elements in its form and flowers to make a statement. It demonstrates an inclination towards modernity, shying away from classic bridal notions while embracing newness and geometric shapes that make it seem large and abundant. In a stunning array of large roses, Miyabi Brown stands out as a creamy coffee color that blends into the soft tones of Café Latte, Hana Spr, and Blanche Spr – her happy floral companions. Further away from the center of this bouquet, Galina paired these trendy tones with the sharper petals of Karma Maarten Zwaan and Wizard of Oz dahlias, maintaining a neutral, fresh, and elegant color palette that is fitting for multiple occasions.

This palette is more contemporary, although equally wedding-appropriate, and with garden roses, it inspires a nostalgic appreciation for romance and a vintage touch of colors.

Bold and Passionate

This bouquet stands out for its rather defiant palette against the usual summer colors! Stun and surprise your guests with this deep, berry-toned arrangement, as it's sure to make an impact. Tess (Ausyacht) and Darcey (Auschariot) wrap around this vampy bouquet with alluring textures and intense colors that inspire passion and love.

Paired with Karma Naomi dahlias and beautiful mulberry calla lilies, this daring contrast against a white wedding dress is memorable, bold, and endlessly lovely. Darker colors in delicate flowers will always be a compelling juxtaposition, evoking a sense of endearment and connection. A desire to be wed – what’s more beautiful than that?

Cheerful and Abundant

Stepping away from traditional wedding colors but all in an exquisite summer palette, this dual arrangement will turn multiple heads at your wedding! In a delightfully layered bouquet, Galina compiled a selection of peach, pink, and lavender Alexandra Farms garden roses like Millicent (AUSCP17431), Miyabi, Constance (Austruss), Lavender Bouquet, Wedding Rosever Spr, Loli Spr, and Phoebe (AUSCP17960) to match this lovely chair adornment paired with Scabiosa, leptospernum, sky blue tweedia, and tinges of the Doris Duke dahlia, recently added to our collections!
