Life at the farm
We’re always glad to meet people who share our love for this work. Whether in the greenhouses, the post-harvest room, or the office, you’ll find room to learn, work to be proud of, and a place to build a lasting career.

How we grow
Grown by hand
Every stem is sown, tended, harvested, and packed by hand, never rushed.
Signed with pride
Every bunch leaves the farm signed by the person who packed it.
A dedicated caretaker
Each rose bed is cared for by one specific person who knows it intimately.
How we care for our people
For us, a fair wage is only the beginning. A doctor visits the farm twice a month to look after the health of every employee, and dentists and optometrists come just as regularly. Several team members are trained in first aid, and a healthy meal is served at the farm each day. Alongside this care are social programs that support our people and their families. Around 60 percent of our employees are women, many of them heads of their household, and turnover is rare. People stay with us for years, and they take genuine pride in the garden roses they grow.
Giving women a paycheck has changed the social dynamic in rural Colombia.
